age; Having come from a family with deep
musical roots, his grandfather played with
the likes of Louis Armstrong and other greats
playing coronet and trumpet. Jody began
studying trumpet in grade school. Soon
his interested led him into acoustic and
electric guitar .His love for music took him
into experiments with new instruments such
as keyboards and percussion, and then
composing.
Jody released a commercial CD entitled
Millennium in 1998 and was also released
on commercial compilation CD entitled, Spirit
of the Millennium the following year.
Through the years and through many bands
his musical style has grown and expanded
and his interest in music has never ceased.
His current projects among the Scarlett Lee
Moore band are, Funk Junky, a dance party
band (www.funkjunky.net), and can also be
seen on many occasions playing with the
band, Higher and Higher. He also lends his
guitar to many local area bands,
And he is currently working on a
studio CD release of original material
due to be released early next year.
